Counter will only be displayed when maxSelections is set. It can be positioned on the left or right depending on the value of counterPosition. By default, counterPosition is set to MultiSelectCounterPosition.LEFT.
counterPosition can be set to MultiSelectCounterPosition.RIGHT.
Error message will override the counter when counterPosition is set to MultiSelectCounterPosition.LEFT.
Error message will show on the left while the counter will display on the right when counterPosition is set to MultiSelectCounterPosition.RIGHT.
