Loading avatar

A placeholder to be used in place of a user avatar being fetched from network

Renders an empty fl-user-avatar shape with a pulsing loading template inside. Use it as a skeleton while user data (and the avatar image) is loading. Accepts the same size, sizeTablet, and sizeDesktop inputs as fl-user-avatar so it slots in at the right dimensions.
